- Find the Day 1 Assignment on SpeakPulse
- Record Yourself Speaking for 30-60 seconds on SpeakPulse
- Listen to Your Recording
- Write down ONE thing you want to improve on with your speaking

- If you did not join the new 30 Day Challenge Speaking and Listening Discord Group, please do so now
- This is a different group than the other Discord group.
- This new group is for everyone taking the Challenge this month and is our place to communicate with each other, ask questions and get learn together
